From mid-2023 until now, I have mainly been involved in irrigation and water management projects, such as dikes, ponds, and irrigation schemes, including construction, contracting, and other required project studies.

Our main achievement for the completed project, like Ubaley, included.

• Community harvesting was enhanced.
• Their livestock got about 7.2 million liters of drinking water. 2. From the beginning of 2022 until the middle of 2023, I was involved as the site engineer in the construction of an office facility in Jigjiga, which comprises the area office, the sub-office, and other parts for the rental of other UN sister organizations.
• We finished this project with the time, the budget, and the best quality.
• It was one of the biggest projects that WFP implemented worldwide.
• I have received management's appreciation for the quality of the building.

3. From Dec. 2022 until August 2023, I also participated in a 4,000 SQM warehouse in Jigjiga as a site engineer for food storage, with a usable capacity of about 8,000 MT, within the specified time and budget.

I also participated in the supervision of the construction of 38 flospan storage units in different woredas in the Somali region.

in 2021 i participated as site engineer for construction of 4000SQM warehouse in Gode Somali region, main achievements.

• assisted the project to be completed with in the specified time and budget ensuring compliance with the project specification and regulation.
• enhanced the storage constraints of the logistic hub in Gode.

Also participated in the implementation of the Flospan construction that started.

In 2020, I was deployed to Gambela as a TYER to assist with the office renovation and expansion of the guest house project in Punyido, Gambela, where I stayed for three months and assisted the project in catching up on elapsed time.

Also, I was supervising personnel for the Gode office fence and Kebridahar security and office upgrade in Gode and Kebridahar.

In 2019, from January to December. I worked as a site engineer for the 4,000 SQM area warehouse complex, including the staff office, the porter's facilities, an access road, and a 700-meter perimeter fence in Gode.

• First permanent warehouse in Gode, boosting the storage capacity of the Gode logistics hub.
• Finished with the time and budget.
• Received management appreciation for the project's quality.

• Monitored and assessed schedule performance and quality workmanship of contractors.
• Implemented rigorous quality control procedures to uphold high standards of construction and compliance.
• Contracted and supervised workers for various construction jobs.
• Created work crew schedules and delegated assignments.

• Managed resources including personnel, equipment and materials ensuring they were being utilized effectively.
• Prepared reports on construction activities for senior management review.
• Coordinated material deliveries to ensure timely completion of works onsite.
• Inspected project sites to monitor progress and conform to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
