As a lock manager/ shift leader, I have the duty to manage the store during my shift and try to create a good and efficient group of work to provide the best possible service to the customers and keep the store in good shape.

• Reported back to instructor to receive day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
• Interacted with customers by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.
• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
• Conducted extensive research for startup company projects.

• TBB is a relative new but inspiring organization. The organization is meant to find job opportunities around the world for educated refugees in Lebanon and Jordan.
• My job was to introduce the programe which was not known at that time to mass number of candidates, give the help to the candidates during the registering process and translate eventual communication between my leader and the candidates in an English - Arabic conversation
