Alessandro Cerina

During my academic journey, I took part in several international study programs, mainly through the Erasmus+ framework, which allowed me to develop strong linguistic, intercultural, and professional skills. In many of these experiences, I also had the opportunity to lead workshops and facilitate educational sessions, actively contributing to the learning and development of fellow participants.

In Finland, I attended a course focused on effective group communication and the use of English in educational and cultural exchange settings. In Poland, I explored critical thinking techniques aimed at strengthening my ability to analyze information and make well-informed decisions. In Armenia, I joined a digital media literacy project, enhancing my capacity to use technology and media responsibly for civic engagement. In Bulgaria, I took part in a youth exchange centered on storytelling as a tool to promote social inclusion and intercultural understanding. In Georgia, I joined a project that promoted equality and human rights, working alongside young people from diverse cultural backgrounds. In Greece, I received training on entrepreneurship for NEETs, gaining digital tools to support learning and access to the job market. In Sweden, I underwent both theoretical and practical training aimed at combating racism and xenophobia. In Turkey, I improved my language and digital skills through collaborative workshops focused on cultural diversity and informal education. Finally, in Germany, I contributed to an artistic and social project that addressed urban violence and promoted reconciliation through creative collaboration.
