As a mediator, I worked part-time, mainly in the evening and on weekends, with my main responsibility in the project called Youth Punishment and Youth Follow-up for young offenders.

I was part of the Norwegian delegation on network building in the field of Mediation and Reconciliation services between Norway and Albania.

Represented the Norwegian team as a delegate on two study trips to Albania.

Official translator of the Manual for Mediators from Albanian to Norwegian language.

Played a central role in the development of a comprehensive training video designed to onboard and train new staff members at the National Medication and Reconciliation Center.
