• Support Project Compliance, Monitoring &Evaluation (M&E) and reporting activities for the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) Unit.
• Provide overall monitoring support to IOM Norway in the day-to-day implementation of case management, direct assistance, and activities under outreach.
• Updating and adapting M6E tools in line with AVRR tools, including MiMOSA.
• Contribute to the design and update informational material to be used for outreach activities, and make recommendations for how to revise and improve these materials based on M6E data.
• Organize outreach activities, including in-person Reception Center (RC) visits, virtual informational meetings with RC staff, country of origin visits, partners, and beneficiaries of the program.
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities for all outreach activities for RC visits, Embassy Liaison, the annual Embassy seminars, and engagement with other stakeholders, including testing M6E tools, administering surveys, conducting key informant interviews (KIIs), facilitating focus group discussions (FGDs), and assisting with logistical activities related to data collections and analyses.

• Conducted asylum interviews with asylum seekers from the Horn of Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, etc. All interviews were conducted with authorized interpreters.
• Contributed to developing institutional interview templates as well as ensuring the quality of the interviews of asylum seekers.
• Ensured that asylum seekers receive adequate and differentiated services from the immigration and municipal authorities. Among other duties, I worked with tasks related to asylum seekers' health, safety, and security at Reception Centres.
• Responsible for providing good services to families with children who are residents at the Reception Centres.

Key achievements:

As part of the interview team for asylum seekers in Norway, I collaborated closely with my colleagues to successfully achieve a 100% target of completion rate for asylum seekers' interviews within the given timeframe.

The National Mediation and Reconciliation Center is a public service that provides a restorative process in penal and civil cases. As a mediator, I worked part-time, mainly in the evening and on weekends, with my main responsibility in the project called Youth Punishment and Youth Follow-up for young offenders.

Key achievements:

I was part of the Norwegian delegation on network building in the field of Mediation and Reconciliation services between Norway and Albania.

Represented the Norwegian team as a delegate on two study trips to Albania.

Official translator of the Manual for Mediators from Albanian to Norwegian language.

Played a central role in the development of a comprehensive training video designed to onboard and train new staff members at the National Medication and Reconciliation Center.

• Responsible for the settlement and qualification of newly arrived refugees in the municipality.
• Strengthening refugees' opportunities to become independent, and to actively participate in society.
• Focused on coordinating municipal services offered to refugees by ensuring that refugees themselves could find out available social services.
• Prepared proposals for the budget and had daily responsibility for the funds.
• Liaised with the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration, the Directorate of Integration and Diversity, and actors involved in the integration of the refugees in the municipality.

Key achievements:

I lead an advocacy group aimed at lobbying the municipality council to allocate financial support for refugees wishing to return to their country of origin. As a result of the efforts, the municipal council approved reintegration grants for refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Over 5 years, municipality managed to successfully integrate over 100 refugees.

• Responsible for organizing activities for families with children residents at Reception Centers.
• Interpreter in Albanian, Serbian, and Norwegian.

Key achievements:

Successfully completed interpreter course arranged by the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration.

Facilitated a cultural event, Welcome to Norway, to honor asylum seekers settled in the municipality.
