The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (SVV) is the road traffic management for the national and county roads, the professional body vis-à-vis the ministry and the county municipalities, and the government body responsible for checking vehicles and driving tests. The project includes maintenance and further development of the system portfolio for audits and control within the road and vehicle area.

The project aimed to develop further COS both per the target architecture for COS and changes to offer the desired functionality.
