Position: Content Specialist; Promoted to Senior Content Specialist
• Pioneer in Content Management System - Managing the major client, Hewlett Packard, in their documentation system, the Asia Documentation Management System, including editing the documentation posted by the Channel managers to ensure that the information is accurate.
• Working with the internal HP global channel teams and IT department, managing the HP corporate, reseller, and internal website's content, ensuring the accuracy of their web content, editing, and proofreading the information of products that will be uploaded on the corporate and resellers' websites.
• Pioneer in UI and UX process - Handpicked by the client to be based on-site at HP as an external headcount to assist them with their content and knowledge management implementation, as well as development requirements. Assisting with the localization process from English to local languages such as Japanese, Korean, and Chinese with resources from translation agencies.
Increasing responsibility in managing accounts and valuation of accounts ranging from US$30K - US$600K.
