• Projects:

- Project Manager in AutoPASS program. AutoPASS is a component-based platform allowing collection of road tolls automatically from car at The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (State monopoly managing more than 50 000km road network).

- Process Manager for new core platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 & TIA) project at Codan Insurance (Scandinavia's third largest insurance company, part of RSA Group).

• Technical project manager for implementation of the Solvency II Directive process and system
• Reporting requirements are related to Pillar 3 in the Solvency II Directive and aim to facilitate that the authorities and the company's stakeholders can gain a reasonable understanding of the company's situation.
• Project consultant for Climate risk analysis project (risks, scenario analysis, strategic measures, and integration to the company's strategy).

Responsible for the analysis and SCRUM-based development of Credit Card Datawarehouse (ETL, SQL and BI). The most important projects:

- CRM data integration to Credit Card Datawarehouse - analysis, collaboration with the CRM department and operational tasks.

- Customer database conversion from old (EnterCard) to new system (SpareBank 1 Credit card).

- Customer scoring project - developed a customer score model to segment customers and automatically offer new credit limits.

Sole responsible for development and monitoring of Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence solution at Oslo Municipality, Development and Competence Agency. Tasks included:

- Development, maintenance of datawarehouse with Informatica PowerCenter

- Testing and Troubleshooting

- Worked closely with users to analyse their needs

- Provided the solutions to the customer's needs, getting their complete satisfaction

• Sales and marketing activities for high-class bathroom/interior products.
