Hamza Asghar

My name is Hamza Asghar. I am looking for a Ph.D. position in aquaculture. I have finished my master degree in Aquatic Food Production. Different courses related with insurance of quality of food was taught to us. We have learned about the safety, HACCP, food regulations and quality control of aquatic food. The sensory, physical, chemical, and biological analysis to ensure the quality of food was also studied. Different food packaging techniques, supply chain management and traceability of food were also learned during that master program. During master thesis of sixty credits, i have learned the skills of independent working, collaboration, research conducting, data analysis and results drawing. These skill will be helpful during my Ph.D. program.
