I am young and inexperienced in the professional world, but I have a strong eagerness to learn new things, take on significant responsibilities, and contribute to creating industrial success stories both in Norway and abroad.
I am currently without personal commitments, which means I have the desire, opportunity, and capacity to work long hours both in the office and on travel.
Ever since my childhood in Sandnessjøen, I have been fascinated by fisheries and aquaculture. Consequently, I have dedicated a significant portion of my studies and work towards this industry. Nevertheless, I am highly motivated to expand my knowledge into other areas within AKSO's business areas.
In my free time, I engage in regular training, both at the gym and through football practices. My interest in team sports has been a constant throughout my childhood, participating in both football and handball. I continued to play football in my adult life.

- Employed as a systems engineer with a long-term plan to rotate through roles relevant to aquaculture projects.
- Working on the system aspects of aquaculture projects.
- Have been involved in the development of specialized systems specifically designed for aquaculture, such as crowding systems, ensilage systems, and net systems.My practical experience in aquaculture has been highly valuable in this regard.
- During this period, I have also taken on additional responsibilities beyond systems. For example, I have been responsible for the wave tank in collaboration with the aquaculture department.
- I have also contributed to #SKILLS, conducted analyses on hydrodynamics, participated in business development activities, assisted with student mentoring, and contributed to internal concept development at AKSO.

- After both AKSO and I felt that we were a good fit for each other following my summer internship, we agreed that I could contribute in a part-time position while completing my fifth and final year of studies before transitioning into a full-time role.
- Worked in a 20% position within the OF2 project, contributing where needed, primarily focusing on net handling.
- Additionally, had the opportunity to represent AKSO at various conferences and career fairs.

- Full-time summer job with a rotating schedule from 2019 to 2021, including working 2/3 weeks during my vacation from the summer job at AKSO- in 2022.
- Involved in daily operations, as well as extensively participating in delousing, deliveries, and sorting. This experience provided valuable insights into the various activities conducted at the facilities.
- The summer job as a operations technician has granted me a solid understanding of the challenges facing contemporary aquaculture and the work of operations technicians. This experience has given me a unique insight into current aquaculture practices and the opportunities they present.
Research Assistant

- Part-time position over 3 semesters. Responsibilities included general maintenance of equipment and experimental tanks, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of various experiments related to master's or doctoral projects or with researchers.
- This experience provided an excellent opportunity to witness the execution of hydrodynamic experiments and see how theoretical concepts translate into practical applications.
