Å ha tilbragt et år i utlandet som kontaktlærer for 6. trinn ved en finsk skole har utvidet min pedagogiske forståelse og tilnærming. Denne bakgrunnen har lært meg å tilpasse undervisningsmetoder til individuelle behov, noe som er avgjørende for å støtte den tidlige utviklingen til yngre barn.

  • Extended assistance to students. During covid-19, the students were divided into smaller groups as requested by the Norwegian health administration. I was able to be the home teacher for 15 student at 4th grade for half of the school year full time.
  • Delivered learning support on remote basis through Zoom and Google Classroom. Some of the students needed more one to one contact with the teacher, I was flexible and was able to to do so in this period of time.
