09/2014, 06/2016, Model United Nations, Ipek University, Ankara, Turkey, In 2014, I co-founded IPEKMUN, a Model United Nations Club, a mock debate club with classmates. Affiliated with MUNs across Ankara universities, we organized a joint session with Bilkent University in 2015. IPEKMUN boasted over 70 members from Ipek University and neighbouring institutions in greater Ankara.
05/2013, 06/2013, Asian Youth Forum, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, In 2013, I was selected as the leader of the Burmese youth delegation for a three-day leadership forum in Cambodia. Our delegation made history as the first youth representative from Myanmar to participate in the Asian Youth Forum. The forum aimed to address regional challenges hindering the achievement of ASEAN, MDG, and SDG goals for the youth in Asia. After the forum, we submitted a resolution outlining potential alternatives to realize these goals in the region.
