As a nomad, living in ten countries from Ukraine to the USA I've developed a very diverse mindset. I could have a degree in psychology based on my people knowledge. I crave new things, new people, and new actions. If it is not a challenge I don't take it!
My goal in life is to learn and leave happy people behind me. :)
After two months at ''S4'' based on my personal qualities and customer reviews I got promoted as Floor Manager.
I coached employees and trained on methods for handling various aspects of sales, complicated issues, and difficult situations.
Oversaw employee performance, corrected problems, and increased efficiency to maintain productivity targets.
Mentored team members to enhance professional development and accountability in workplace.
I am a sales person on every level!
I really do love my job! My currency is when people are happy because of me. I care very much about our staff and our customers. Our customers happiness starts with a good product, continues with happy staff and ends with exponential service. It really disappoints me when I get a bad service for my money. For that reason I never let our customers leave unsatisfied. I am very much customer centric!
I've always been looking for much responsibilities, through them you grow faster and to develop an advanced critical thinking mindset.
At Wallmans being a hovmester is equal with a junior manager position.
I was one of the three responsible people to maintain the night for 500+ guests. My position required a mindset that can see everything and can deal with any situation. I take very seriously the complaints, those are the gaps in our business where we can and should grow. When a customer is complaining about anything basically asks for help.
Wallmans very much is about diversity. And diversity is the art of thinking independently together. Thanks to Wallmans I could enrich my leadership skills to a level where in classic restaurant styles probably would take years. I grew as a person as a leader and as a future entrepreneur.
Here I have learned that personal quality is relative.
Not always everyone is the right person for their position, some people work because they get a job while others just enjoy being with happy colleagues and satisfied cistomers.
I was responsible to manage the weddings which I liked very much. In my country I have been a waiter mostly for weddings and events, here I could invest my previous experience.
At Norefjell I have learned to manage the food serving for 300+ guests and deal with allergies.
I arrived in Norway during covid time. As a former carpenter and entrepreneur in my early 20's it was nice to be back in my first profession and let my creativity take over as usual. We have built two apartments after the blueprint in the covid time.
This position was the top of my sales career. Here I have learned how to approach and close the deal with very rich customers or elderly customers.
When it comes to sales I am always excited. It's my favorite skill! So many skills come together to close a deal and to create a happy returning customer. To me, sales are actually about connecting to the person. Find a way to how is your product, service can be a help to them.
Very important to believe in your product, or service otherwise the energy won't go through.
I have been selling cosmetic products. I have learned a lot about skincare, ethnicities, and their behaviors of self-care.
Sales it's an art that takes character to practice, and throughout you can develop a very strong personality.
After my previous jobs, I needed to try out something new. Being an event waiter was really exciting. Here I basically polished my knowledge as a waiter. I really loved this job! So much work with so much fun and different people every single time! :)
Diavolo was a new and very fast-paced restaurant. I've learned how to deal with underworld customers. This was a really fruitful experience later on. I have learned to deal with stress. From there I had some super happy returning customers who thought that I was born to be a waiter. I know it was a compliment, I really have patience with my customers, but I also knew that I have higher ambitions in life.
Basically, this was my first serious job as a waiter. From the very beginning, I looked at this profession through psychology. This profession has a lot to offer to learn and grow as a person. Here I found out that I have a passion for people. I enjoy and I need to work with them. Through them, I have learned a lot about myself. I have learned to take fast and good decisions. I have learned about personality types in restaurants. I grew so much as a person in those 3 years.
I am a super curious mind! I always was! I like to understand and discover things. I am very passionate about sales, psychological, business, critical thinking, self growth books. I am desperate to grow as a person. I am always looking for better opinions than mine.
