As a cafe/restaurant assistant, I was responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the establishment. My duties included cooking, cleaning, taking orders, and addressing customer concerns. I was also in charge of ensuring that all health and safety regulations were met and maintained.

In addition, I represented my coworkers and served as a liaison between the staff and management. I was responsible for communicating any concerns or issues to management, and I worked with my colleagues to address and resolve any conflicts that arose in the workplace.

Through my experience as a cafe/restaurant assistant, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills. I also gained valuable experience in managing a diverse range of responsibilities and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient operation of the cafe/restaurant.

I facilitated group dialogue and dynamics to support student learning and academic success. In this role, I worked closely with professors and students to help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Throughout my time as a learning assistant, I fostered positive relationships with students and encouraged them to engage in critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
