• Coordinated with different discipline to drive forward the mechanical completion of subsystems according to Commissioning skyline.
• Lead the MC countdown meeting to identify Commissioning packages in the planned 2-week lookahead handover .
• Organized & Facilitated the Pre-MDP meeting and Multi-Discipline Punch (MDP) walk together with contractor and Equinor stakeholders.

Project: FPSO Liza Destiny

• Coordinated and maintained the electronic ITR system in ECOM Database including data entry updates, ITR allocation, workflow actors, punch list, Notice of Energization (NOE) and OTP progress.
• Monitored the subsystem preparedness and feedback to System Responsible Engineer (SRE) to attain mechanical completion as per project schedule.
• Prepared the daily & weekly completion progress reports (ITR completion, punch list, OTP, NOE) to the PMT including Managing Director based in Monaco.

• Overall in-charge of punch list and carry-over work management
