In my role as Division Director for MEP and Sustainable Solutions I am responsible for:

  • Led one of the largest divisions within Rambøll Buildings Norway, overseeing a budget of over 300 MNok in 2022 and over 230 employees.

The engineering team combines highly skilled, qualified, motivated individuals who maintain a focus on QHSE and make use of modern, efficient equipment and cutting-edge technology. The work I performed is as Vice President Business Development, part of the management team, responsible of the externalization and internationalization of the services that the company could provide with focus on increasing a very limited customer base as well as identifying new market areas where the company could achieve growth. SLS (Subsea Lifecycle Services) Norway is the business unit responsible for the Lifecycle support of Aker Equipment within the NCS (Norwegian Continental Shelf).

SLS Norway is the largest service unit in the Subsea business area, with annual revenues of approx 1,5 BNok and over 800 employees, with strong growth plans. The work I performed was as Business Development Manager, part of the management team, responsible of all Service contracts, Sales, Tendering and Client Managers. I was responsible of providing:

  • Contribution to the management team
  • Strategy process and Budgeting process
  • Customer relation management
  • Negotiations and management of Service Agreements
  • Lead in Tendering process for SLS Norway
  • Market analysis, identification of new business opportunities
  • Customers presentation and Negotiations
  • Processes and procedures to secure efficient business development and execution.
  • Lead successfully the tendering and negotiation work towards the Statoil Frame Agreement.


The mayor achievements consist in growing the organization from 500MNok to 1800 MNok. As well as secured secured the lager frame agreement of the Aker organization, Subsea operation services with Statoil (Equinor) for a value of NOK 5.5 billion.
