Sweco is Europe’s leading architecture and engineering consultancy, with sales of approximately SEK 16.5 billion (EUR 1.7 billion). Sweco Norway has about 1500 employees with offices in more than 24 locations all over Norway.
During this period, I held the responsibility of leading the Digitalization Initiative for Sweco Norge, a project initiated by the management team of Sweco Norge AS to define the company's digital roadmap for the next three years.
As Senior Vice President Project Management I was responsible for a group of approx. 60 employees, and a budget for 2019 of approx. NOK 120 Million.
My responsibilities encompass contributing to the management team, P&L responsibility, strategy and budgeting oversight, key account management, project portfolio management, the management of large tenders and implement innovative methods and processes such as VDC, BIM, LEAN, and digitalization. Additionally, I lead the Project Management discipline in Norway.
The department experimented a grow of 40% in this period and delivered successfully highly complex projects such us Bybanen BT4, Tine Meieri and Flesland Airport among others.
Odfjell Drilling is a leading international drilling company. Based in Norway, with operations across the globe, Drilling Technology comprises an engineering organization with more than 300 engineers located in Norway, UK, Brazil, Houston and the Philippines.. The work I performed is as Vice President Business Development, as part of the management team, I was responsible of the externalization and internationalization of the services that the company could provide with focus on increasing a very limited customer base as well as identifying new market areas where the company could achieve growth. In my role, I contribute to the management team, providing market analysis, leading the strategic processes, managing customer relationships, handling negotiations, and defining new service portfolios.
During this period we created international partnerships in US and Norway , strengthen customer relations in UK and Norway and grow our businesses. including among others the contract for the design of the drilling modules of Johan Sverdrup for Aibel (110 Mnok).
SLS (Subsea Lifecycle Services) Norway is the business unit responsible for the Lifecycle support of Aker Equipment within the NCS (Norwegian Continental Shelf).
SLS Norway is the largest service unit in the Subsea business area, with annual revenues of approx 1,5 BNok and over 800 employees,. The work I performed was as Business Development Manager, part of the management team, responsible of all Service contracts, Sales, Tendering and Client Managers.
We managed the existing agreements supporting the daily operations. The mayor achievements consist in growing the organization from 500MNok to 1800 MNok. As well as successfully leading the tendering and negotiation for the lager frame agreement of Aker organization, Subsea operation services with Statoil (Equinor) for a value of NOK 5.5 billion, securing the business for the next 8 years.
Bergen-headquartered TTS is a global enterprise that designs, develops and supplies equipment for the marine and oil and gas industries. As Region Sales Manager I was responsible of providing Business & Marketing Plan for the region, agreements with our local representatives and all the daily sales operations related to these markets.
During this period, I successfully cultivated robust market connections, substantially expanding our presence in a previously limited market
My efforts ultimately paved the way for the establishment of a local office.
In my role as Sales Manager, I had the responsibility for multiple markets, including The Netherlands, South Europe, and South America. My tasks encompassed developing technical specifications and sales quotations, formulating commercial conditions, negotiating offers and finalizing contracts, overseeing logistics post-contract, managing customer relations, analyzing market conditions, assessing potential business opportunities, and continually improving processes and systems for the Sales team. In this period we achieved a consolidated position in this markets, specially in Spain and Brazil, with significant increase in sales.
Rolls-Royce S.A. is the Branch office of Rolls-Royce Marine in Spain. As Sales responsible of the all Marine Division in the Spanish market I did have the responsibility of providing sales forecasts for assigned accounts, market trends and competitor analyses, and support engineering sales. Additionally, I handled negotiations, order documentation, deliveries, logistics post-contract, technical support, and maintained strong customer relations.
Training daily, important for fisycal and mental health. Active tennis player all year around. Skiing in winter is a must.
