Pre-Customs /EDI Enricher (Jul'19 – Jul'24) (POSTEN NORGE)

It is a system hosted in Azure cloud which is used to automate the sorting of packages at terminal, i.e. which packages can be sorted free, and which has to be custom cleared based on package EDI. ICS2 has been implemented for the application. It is an integration heavy project with multiple stakeholders exchanging large amounts of data and many physical peripheral devices.

● Serving as a functional analyst/Test Manager at Posten Norge since 2018, based in their Oslo office.

● I am particularly drawn to the role that emphasizes collaboration with product teams and stakeholders to identify test scenarios and manage UAT plans.

● Responsible for leading the QA automation team, planning, and prioritizing automation strategies across various front-end interfaces, APIs, and services.

● Exhibits extensive management skills, excelling in leading and mentoring teams to boost productivity, minimize schedule deviations, and reduce defect rejection rates, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.

• Working closely with business stakeholders to define business rules in accordance with Norwegian Customs regulations.

• Developed Groovy scripts in SOAP UI for performance testing and data insertion, which has decreased the package rejection rate at the multi-sorting machine.

• Tasked with leading the QA team, planning, and prioritizing strategies across various front-end interfaces, APIs, and services.

• Collaborated closely with infrastructure, platform, development, and business teams, contributing significantly to the enhancement of software development quality across all domains.

It is used by Posten employees at PIB located at grocery stores like REMA, MENY. It helps in package delivery to end users with payment facility and notification via SMS and email.

It is used to defining the routes for the Posten and Bring drivers and is achieved by using a third party provided by BluJay

• Led and managed QA testing activities within an agile, sprint-based framework.

• Involved in end-to-end testing as well as in automation testing

BIR Collection

This was customization of website for customers. After the implementation both customers and debt collectors were able to see debt collection information which was previously limited to debt collectors.

• Conducted manual testing for all features outlined in the customer specifications for the project.

• Gained experience in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle and became proficient with CMMI level processes.

• Executed tests on payment solutions, including SEPA, and the complete credit card lifecycle as implemented in Vision Plus.
