  • The design concept an prototype was then presented to the Museum head, selected to be implemented in the near future

Capstone Course Project

  • For my capstone project, I have designed an application known as Usynergy. Stands for University Synergy.
  • It serves as a niche collaboration and networking platform for student musicians and artists at a university to kick off their careers and make money through freelance opportunities.
  • The first semester was spent researching the importance of social media platforms such as apps, the algorithm I want to implement, importance of freelance, and my target audience: college student musicians and artists, and how their skillset can leverage each other's careers
  • Second semester I deployed my interactive prototype that I developed through Origami Studio to ten student musicians and artists that attend UMaine.
  • The deployment consisted of interviews with pre and post prototype survey questions that allowed me access my project and make conclusions about the concept according to results.
  • The feedback received allowed me to determine that the application would benefit majority of my target audience, and further development in this concept would benefit that community.

Digital Narrative Workshop I & II

  • Used wordpress to creative a documentary via photography.
  • Used Twine and code to create interactive digital stories.
