 I am a qualified maritime engineer graduated from Norway’s leading Maritime University and have several years experience as a Project Manager and Senior Engineer in addition to "hands on" experience from offshore operations. I have had overall responsibility for Warranty Contracts, construction, maintenance, repair, both subsea and topside (well completion and drilling) as well as good experience from concept and early -phase studies in the oil and Gas industry. In addition, I have six years' CEO and founder experience from setting up and managing my own engineering company. A company founded on green technology in the maritime sector based on my own patent about seawater desalination systems.

I am technically and businesses oriented and I substantiate matters thoroughly before making a decision. I have good knowledge of sales processes, tendering and a good understanding of implementing green technology philosophy in sales. I am used to taking the lead in projects as needed and guiding and supporting employees where needed. I am able to contribute on several levels and disciplines, but I am also aware of my limitations.

I enjoy very much to be in dialogue with customers and other external stakeholders such as authorities and decision-makers to find or present different solutions for the development, construction, operation and continuation of projects and products.

I like working in teams and to inspire and motivate people and always try to contribute to a good working environment. I am motivated and inspired myself by working with others who enjoy their work. My experience is when I motivate people; it leads to great performance and results. I strongly believe in encouraging people to develop in their work and I enjoy contributing and inspiring to it. In my previous work, these are qualities that I have put to good use.

I see it as a great privilege to contribute with defining, developing and implementing organizational future goals. Modern organizations, as I see it, are constantly developing and I like contributing to that if applicable.

I am single and have one child and live in south of Norway at the moment. I am open for international travel or relocation/expat.

My current work contract has a 14 days leave notice. Perhaps quicker if required. I am willing to relocate/commute or travel for the right position and will potentially be available from 3’rd of December to start working in a new position.
