The churches were aging and anonymous when I arrived, so much of my work these years consisted of systematically building public relations, an online-presence, and arranging public campaigns especially designed for secular Norwegians. I worked in many ways as a community pastor, and was considered the pastor of many non-adventists, and had, among other things, the privilege of marrying a few of them. I was also regularly asked to preach and teach in other non-adventist churches.
