Leading out in the work of the institution by fostering the relationship with sponsors and potential cooperation-partners, developing new courses, bringing the existing courses to new platforms, and by having the formal employer's responsibility for the other three employers.

Part-time lecturing in a substitute-position in the department of religions studies. I was also cencoring exams and supervising students in written assignments.

Ålesund and Molde are mid-sized cities in Norway, with few adventists, on the North-Western coast of Norway. The churches were aging and anonymous when I arrived, so much of my work these years consisted of systematically building public relations, an online-presence, and arranging public campaigns especially designed for secular Norwegians. I worked in many ways as a community pastor, and was considered the pastor of many non-adventists, and had, among other things, the privilege of marrying a few of them. I was also regularly asked to preach and teach in other non-adventist churches.

Teaching religion, philosophy, and ethics. This was a part-time, substitute-position.

I was working as the senior pastor in Bergen, the second largest city in Norway. As the senior pastor, I was a team-leader and and overseer of different kinds of work. Bergen is also a student-city and part of my work was working with the students in the church. My time in Bergen was also characterized by cutting-edge public campaigns.

Part-time position teaching religious studies at the junior college of Tyrifjord, owned by the Adventist church in Norway.

I was working as the senior-pastor in one of the biggest church in Norway. I had the administrative responsibility of two other pastors, and different voluntary leaders and teams. My work also involved a lot of work among the students, including baptismal classes, counseling, social and motivational work.

Working as pastor for the churches in Sarpsborg and Halden, south of Oslo. These were fairly small churches and I got to learn a variety of different skills, as my work was very versatile.

Working as an intern-pastor with Kjell Aune. The internship had an extra emphasis on public evangelism.
