Promoted to HR manager in 2023

I was promoted to manager in 2023, I am now focusing on Strategic planning- improving the company's branding within both industries ( IT and Energy), organisational development (Organisational agility as AI is a fast moving environment) , reinforcing DEI ect.

The company has won -2024 Canada's entrepreneur of the year- 2024 North America's AI startup of the year

• 2 X World championship titles (ILCA 7 U21 Men & IQfoil U21 Women)
